Philip Wilson zum Chief Underwriting Officer für Global Life ernannt

06.10.2008, Zürich. Zurich Financial Services Group (Zurich) hat Philip Wilson (56, australischer Staatsangehöriger) per 6. Oktober 2008 zum Chief Underwriting Officer von Global Life ernannt. In dieser neu geschaffenen Position ist Wilson global verantwortlich für die Underwriting-Strategie, Standards und Prozesse in den Bereichen Life und Health. Er wird an Mario Greco, CEO Global Life, berichten.

Wilson kommt nach sechs Jahren bei AIG in New York und Hong Kong zu Zurich. Zuletzt war er Chief Underwriting Officer, Accident & Health von AIU in New York. Bevor er zu AIG kam, hielt er verschiedene Führungspositionen als National Manager für Risk Protection bei AMP Australia und als General Manager für Underwriting and Systems für AVIVA bei der er verantwortlich war für IT, Marketing, Finanzen und Underwriting.

Zudem war Wilson drei Jahre als selbständiger Wirtschaftsberater in der Versicherungsbranche im Bereich Optimierung von Geschäftsprozessen tätig. Wilson hält ein MBA in Business Administration von der Deakin University in Australia.
